Technical Leadership & Architectural Oversight : Leading system architecture choices, technical documentation, and evaluating back-end/front-end solutions to transition from legacy setups to a flexible, reusable framework.
Infrastructure & DevOps Management : Overseeing server hosting, uptime maintenance, security hardening, and environment deployments.
CMS User Experience Enhancement : Refining the administrative back-end interface (UX/UI) to make content updates intuitive and efficient for site administrators.
Quality Assurance & Development Supervision : Guiding front-end and back-end developers, investigating technical bugs, and ensuring code quality across maintenance releases.

Server & Hosting Migration : Directing and executing the migration of site infrastructure to DigitalOcean (DO).
CMS Retouching & UI Customization : Standardizing CMS form field styling (such as adjusting field outlines to grey to lower visual noise), restructuring input modules, and designing flexible page element options (tables, radio buttons, tabbed layouts).
Staging Environment Management : Maintaining and deploying staging environments for team testing and client reviews.
Bug Fixing & Maintenance Implementation : Resolving layout and functional defects, such as correcting video embed dimensions and filter reset behaviors across index pages.
Technical Planning & Alignment : Participating in CMS review and feature planning sessions alongside project managers and designers to detail admin home structures, news index layouts, and content fields.

Deliver a Reusable CMS Framework : Replace outdated, rigid CMS components with an efficient, modular framework tailored to RKC-MPD's long-term content needs.
Ensure Robust Infrastructure & Security : Maintain high server performance, seamless hosting operations, and minimal downtime across deployment releases.
Empower Content Editors : Build a clear, friction-free back-end experience so administrators can easily publish and organize regional marine plastic resources, legal frameworks, and research data.
Complete Sprint Deliverables On-Schedule : Execute maintenance tasks, hosting migrations, and bug resolutions efficiently within agreed project timelines.
